Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Pharmacies fill the antibiotics and pain medication a dentist prescribes and sell fluoride rinses and prescription-strength toothpaste.

My experience with this facility was extremely disappointing and ultimately caused me to lose trust in the care being provided. One of my biggest concerns was the apparent disregard for my established medical history and previous diagnoses. I made multiple requests for them to obtain and review my hospital and psychiatrist records, yet it became increasingly obvious that those records were either never properly reviewed or not considered at all. Instead, it felt like there was a strong focus on questioning or undoing diagnoses that had already been established by multiple hospital physicians as well as my long-term psychiatrist. That was both frustrating and concerning. Another major issue was how my blood pressure was handled. I have a documented history of high blood pressure and white coat syndrome, which is reflected in my prior medical records. Despite this, they relied on a 1 reading taken shortly after I walked into the building then immediately discussed stopping a medication I have safely taken for 11 years without first obtaining a more accurate or relaxed reading later during the appointment. Rather than helping improve my health and stability, my experience there only

Do not trust the crisis team. They convinced me to let them come over (after explaining CLEAR boundaries and trust needed) I after I talk for a bit (and in fact, was still talking) the paramedics show up? No one can clearly explain what I did or why this happened. I asked if I am being forced out of my home? They basically say yes. This led to the MOST degrading interaction at the hospital- where no one can actually explain why I'm there, and treats me as less than human. I waited patiently, and a doctor spoke with me, said she would bring the crisis team in to talk as it's seems like a misunderstanding. I again, wait patiently.....for hours.... Next, they have drugs for me? I explained what I was told- but it did not matter because "that crisis team went home" So they gave me drugs and I spent a night being dehumanized at every turn. The next day I am transported to a psychiatry place in Dixon (still don't know what happened before- but okay) In dixon, I tell my case (and noticed I was NOT told of my rights before) I was discharged same day Btw- STILL don't know why crisis stepped in, in this way????

I am so grateful for such thoughtful providers. I have been in mental health treatment for anxiety and depression since I was 9 years old but never really felt like I’d gained much from therapy and medication. Insurance requirements meant that at 38, I’d be covered if I went to the Center for both my providers (therapy & medication). I am seeing Jodi for medication and Abby for therapy, and both are really great. Jodi listened really well and helped me sort my thoughts because I didn't even know where to begin. She explained to me that I’ve been battling undiagnosed ADHD, and as she explained further, suddenly the last 30 years of my life made much more sense. Treating my ADHD is resolving depression and anxiety, eliminating the need for medications and improving my overall well-being. I can’t be more thankful for them. Abby is the first therapist I’ve gone to who actively helps me challenge myself. Too many therapists just sit and validate without providing much external feedback. Abby does both - she’s validating but honest. Thank you so much!

I use to attend here years ago when I lost my husband. Now I'm back again. But this cou Delores is just not for me. She talks more about herself than helping me, we both agreed that I needed once a week because of losing my daughter sister month later, brother a couple weeks ago. Then my dad two weeks ago. Suicide has always been in the forefront of my mind although I would never do that, but the thoughts come. I'm do overwhelmed right now I have several disability

Just left a visit with a nurse by the name Jodi Hoffman Frasse. Lied straight to my face repeatedly. I guess she didn't remember her lies from the last visit. Human life is not something she thinks is important. What a pitiful human being. She figured I was just low enough for her to kick me in the face. Metaphorically of course. She was typing away on that computer, so no telling what kind of lies she wrote. To have a liar as a part of your mental health organization. Personally I think that might cause more harm than good.

I went here for many many years. Beth is absolutely wonderful, I will give credit where it's due. I had an incident where a counselor while crossing the street called me a f...... b...., I was truly shocked to see she worked there. Well she lied of course and my "claim" was unfounded! They never once asked to see my dashcam, and I'm sure it's because they don't care, the proof was there and still is saved! But I'm at a much better place where I'm treated with respect and shown that I do matter. My mental health has never been better so all in all, that incident truly was a blessing! Thank you JH for showing your true colors!
